The Contest is open to all persons who were sent, and have successfully completed and submitted, a survey during the Contest Period. The Contest Period is from 12:01 a.m. EST on July 1st, 2016 (the "Start Date") until 11:59 p.m. EST on June 30th, 2017 (the "Close Date"). There will be a total of four (4) prizes, one (1) prize available per quarter during the Contest Period (a "Quarter"), each in the form of one (1) cheque in the amount of Five Hundred Canadian Dollars ($500 CAD) (hereinafter the "prizes" or individually the "prize"). Each available prize will be awarded at the end of every Quarter. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. To be eligible to win, you must be a legal resident of Ontario, Quebec or Alberta and have reached the age of majority on the date you are invited to participate in the Contest.
